theleisureway is a company formed by a multidisciplinary team dedicated to developing and executing iconic international projects in public and commercial environments. Our applications and approach to our work range from urban planning and development of mixed-use and commercial projects to residential areas, restaurant and leisure areas, playground designs for kids, and any creative public space development.
We are seeking a new member (Technical Architect, Industrial designer, industrial engineer, or similar) to join our Development and Execution Department team.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development of technical and constructive solutions of elements designed by our
- creative department.
- Budgeting.
- Technical Drawings.
- 3d Modeling.
- Search, supervise, negotiate, and control suppliers.
- Cost control and project planning.
- Project Management and on-site work supervision.
DESIRED SKILLS
- Proactive and autonomous.

- Deadline Management.
BACKGROUND
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design Engineer/Bachelor’s Degree Technical
- Architect/Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineer
- +2 years of experience in Design or Construction.
LANGUAGES
- English C1. Fluency in English is necessary for the position.
- Spanish. Fluency in Spanish is necessary for the position.
- Arabic is a plus.
OTHER SKILLS
- SketchUp
- Solidworks/Inventor/Autocad.
- Microsoft Office Package
- Adobe Creative Suite
